At The Shores, we are proud to partner exclusively with Proz Lakeside located at Woodland Resort to handle all food and bar services. Proz offers a variety of options from streamlined, one-size-fits-all cash bars to customized packages and buffets. Specific menu options and alcohol are available upon request. Standard tax and 20% gratuity are added to all food bills. Payment for catering services should be made out to Proz Lakeside in a separate check.

Work with our caterer at Proz to create a bar package that fits your celebration needs. From cans to kegs or a full bar with signature cocktails, we are ready to fuel your party!

Prices are not listed as details like type of alcohol, guest count, and open or cash bar will greatly affect the final total.

  • This option can vary from a running tab to a specific prepaid amount. Some guests will offer an open bar for a set duration of time during the reception.

  • This option allows your guests to pay as they drink. The Shores has an on-site ATM and our bartenders accept card (there is a processing fee per charge).

  • Choose to cover a few drinks per person with tickets for all of your 21+ guests. We can offer different tiers for drink tickets, from well liquor to top-shelf specialties.

  • We will set the tables with glasses for wine or champagne if you choose to serve these drinks with dinner for your guests.

  • Stock your suites for the wedding party while they get ready!

    • Bloody Bucket includes 1 liter Tito’s vodka, Caesar mix, Bloody Mary mix, jar of each: pickles, olives, beef sticks, cheese sticks (serves 10 people, $84)

    • Mimosa Bucket includes 1 bottle Raspberry Sparkletini, 1 bottle Champagne, orange juice, cranberry juice, raspberries, blueberries (serves 10 people, $60)

Please note that tax applies to all food & beverages. A 20% standard gratuity will also be added to pre-paid bar tabs.
