Shores Venue can accommodate up to 400 guests. We do have smaller spaces available for groups of 45 guests or less.

Yes, we provide free parking for events and weddings. Larger events may need to use our overflow parking. We ask that cars be removed from the lot by 8am the morning following your rental. Resort parking is also free.

Yes, Woodland Resort offers a variety of lodging options for your guests, including cabins, suites, and lodge units, all conveniently located steps from the venue. Our lodging does fill quickly so we suggest making reservations or room blocks as soon as you secure your date. Lodging is first come, first served.

No, catering costs and lodging accommodations are add-ons to your venue rental package. We also offer boat rentals and guided fishing packages as add-ons.

Yes, catering and bar services are provided exclusively through Proz Lakeside. We offer a variety of options tailored to your needs, their prices average $28 per plate. Please see the “Catering & Bar Services” page for menu ideas.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited in the venue with exceptions for wedding cakes, severe allergies, and dietary-specific items that are not available at the venue. Our Conference Room does allow outside food and beverages. Please inquire for more specifics.

Absolutely! The Shores is equipped to host corporate meetings, presentations, business celebrations, galas, banquets, reunions, performances, retreats, and more. We have microphones, a projector, LED screens, resort lodging, on-site catering, and other amenities to support your event. Please contact us!

To reserve Shores, we require a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit. Event dates will not be held until this deposit is made via cash or check. Checks can be made payable to Woodland Events.

One-day wedding packages give you venue access at 8am. Full weekend wedding packages offer more time for setup and cleanup.

Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Choose between our lakeside ceremony space or our elegant main hall with a stunning view of the lake.

No, a wedding package includes all venue spaces for both your ceremony and your reception.

Yes, with a full weekend wedding package you have time on Friday for both your rehearsal and your Groom’s Supper. If you booked a one-day wedding package, we allow rehearsals the day before if the venue is not booked by another guest.

The only way to guarantee on-site rehearsal time is by booking the full weekend.

If you cancel your event within 12 months of the original date, your deposit is nonrefundable. Rescheduling may be allowed within a 12-month window.

Guest are still responsible for catering costs in event of a cancellation close to the event date. Read your contract or contact us for more info!
