On-Site Catering: We offer the best catering in town through Proz Lakeside, from plated meals to late night snacks — all made fresh at The Shores!
Insurance Requirement:
All events are required to carry $1,000,000 liability insurance. This can be purchased from Farmers Union Insurance (estimated cost: $100-200).
Deposit:
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required no later than 8 months prior to your event, along with a signed contract for your selected wedding package.
Final Payment:
100% of the final venue payment must be received six weeks prior to the event. This is nonrefundable, but in the case of overpayment we will process a refund for the difference.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your event within 12 months of the original date, your deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling may be allowed within a 12-month window.

Convenient Lodging
For your ease, we offer lodging right at Woodland Resort! From cozy hotel suites to quaint cabins, you'll have plenty of choices for overnight stays.
Lodging is available on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend making reservations up to a year in advance to secure the best options. Other lodging in the area is limited.
