Starting at just $23 per person, we offer high-quality meals with a variety of menu choices.
Convenient Lodging
For your ease, we offer lodging right at Woodland Resort! From cozy hotel suites to quaint cabins, you'll have plenty of choices for overnight stays.
Lodging is available first come, first served. We recommend making reservations up to a year in advance to secure the best options.
Insurance Requirement:
All events are required to carry $1,000,000 liability insurance. This can be purchased from Farmers Union Insurance (estimated cost: $100-200). Security is also required.
Date Reservation Fee:
A nonrefundable $1,000 payment is due to secure the date of your booking, followed by a signed contract for your wedding package. We require a deposit of 50% of the total price 8 months prior to your event date.
Final Payment:
100% of the final venue payment is due 6 weeks prior to your event.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your event within 12 months of the original date, your deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling may be allowed within a 12-month window.
