One-Day Wedding Package

Venue rental lasts 8am-1am

Keep yourself on track with our timeline & check-ins.

ONE YEAR + BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

Inquire about your date and book a tour at The Shores. Reserve your date with a $1000 date reservation fee, sign your venue contract, and share general info with our caterers.

EIGHT MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

Focus on key details like lodging, vendors, and guest lists. Pay 50% of your venue deposit. RSVP to an Open House & Tasting at The Shores.

THREE MONTHS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

Start providing us your details: head counts, floor plans, bar packages, etc. Collaborate with your vendors and lock in your meal selections and prices. Please note meal prices are subject to change until this date.

SIX WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

The countdown is on! Review guest count, approve the floor plan, and communicate last-minute adjustments. Your final venue payment is due, as is 50% of your catering deposit to Proz Lakeside.

THREE WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

Review all the details: finalize head counts/meal counts, send audio/visual materials, and review your day-of timeline. Your day-of decision maker, officiant, and emcee/DJ should be prepared with your details and schedule

TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

Final head counts and meal counts are due no later than 2 weeks prior. Make your final catering payment at this time. Please not that meal counts cannot be reduced at this time.

THE DAY BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

The big day is almost here! You can relax knowing that the venue is exclusively yours and the floor plan will be set.

We’ll manage your catering, beverages, and venue space, leaving your vendors and decorating team free to bring your vision to life.

A few good rehearsals and you’ll be ready to celebrate with friends and family!

Deposits are nonrefundable. See contract for more details.

Insurance Requirement:
All events are required to carry $1,000,000 liability insurance. This can be purchased from Farmers Union Insurance (estimated cost: $100-200). Security is also required.

Date Reservation Fee:

A nonrefundable $1,000 payment is due to secure the date of your booking, followed by a signed contract for your wedding package. We require a deposit of 50% of the total price 8 months prior to your event date.

Final Payment:
100% of the final venue payment is due 6 weeks prior to your event.

Cancellation:
If you cancel your event within 12 months of the original date, your deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling may be allowed within a 12-month window.
