Meeting Spaces

Main Hall

For large groups, we have our main hall ready to accommodate up to 400 people. The hall offers LED screens, a projector, and a microphone for presentations and speakers, plus a full bar and kitchen for catering or socializing.

Floor plans in this space are totally flexible, from classroom style to round table discussion setups. We are capable of hosting virtual meetings or livestreaming events, and guests are welcome to free WIFI and parking.

Chairs, tables, and linens are included with your rental of the main hall. You also have access to our lakeside patio and are just steps away from lodging at Woodland Resort.

Boardroom

For small groups, we have our lakeside boardroom ready to accommodate up to 35 people. The boardroom offers TV screens, WIFI, and speakers for presentations and video meetings.

Chairs and the boardroom table are included with your rental of this meeting space, plus complimentary waters and a Keurig. Add a drink package or setup a lunch reservation at Proz Lakeside to round out your day.

Conference Room

For smaller groups, we can also offer our Conference Room on the second floor of Woodland Resort. This room is simpler than our lakeside Boardroom that is located at the venue, but it can accommodate more people. Up to 45 guests can attend a meeting here, with a customizable floor plan that include tables, chairs, and linens.

The Conference Room has elevator access and is located just steps from the bait shop and our hotel suites. Resort parking is free and takeout food can be ordered through Proz Lakeside. Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drink into this meeting room.

Patio

For large groups or social hours after your meeting, check out our lakeside patio. This space can easily fit 200+ guests and is complete with patio seating, firepit tables, and umbrellas.

Restroom access is available in the venue, plus free WIFI and parking. Our microphones and speaker system reaches outside, so your guests can enjoy background music or karaoke depending on your plans.
